Our carbon fiber manifolds are made from 100% aerospace grade carbon fiber construction. We mold them in one-piece to tight tolerances and inspect them during every step of the manufacturing process.

Key Features

  • Lower Weight - Because they are made out of lightweight aerospace materials we are able to lower the overall weight of our parts significantly. Total weight with all fittings attached for our part is 4.5 lbs vs. 16.5 lbs. for the stock manifold.  That's just over 1/4 of the weight of the stock intake!!!
  • High Strength - Tested to 50 PSI and 250 Degrees Fahrenheit for extreme forced induction applications.
  • Heat Absorption - Inch for inch, aluminum has 48% more heat storage capacity than carbon fiber composites. A stock manifold absorbs power-robbing heat and then unloads it into your intake charge when you accelerate. Our carbon fiber intake effectively absorbs 87% less heat than the stock manifold.
  • Increased Power - Our design and proprietary molding process allow us to create a seamless part with smooth internal and external walls. This allows us to realize the full design potential to achieve better airflow which translates into a dramatic increase in performance.

Other Features

We have designed our manifold to fit both B18C1 and B16 heads. We use clear anodized aluminum alloy fittings. Included with manifold is an Installation kit.  It can be modified to accommodate up to a 70mm throttle body (requires machining or grinding of the composite).
